A concept for a beach pool at WA’s most famous beach has been launched for public comment last month.
The development of a community swimming pool facility will be located off the beach between the Indiana Tearooms and the northern side of the Cottesloe groin. The pool is proposed to be approximately 33mx 10m to accommodate four swimming lanes and there is also provision for a small children’s wadingpool. A Cottesloe Beach Pool commitee hopes to have the pool completed by summer 2013.
